What types of memberships do you offer?

We offer:

  • Focus Desk (business hours access)

  • Full Access Desk (extended access)

  • Private Offices (24/7 lockable offices)

All memberships are month-to-month.

What are your coworking hours?

Focus Desk memberships include access Monday–Friday, 9:00AM–6:00PM.

Full Access and Private Office members receive extended access, subject to approval.

Do you offer day passes?

No. Hype Studios is membership-based. We do not offer day passes or drop-in access.

Can I tour the coworking space before joining?

Yes. We encourage tours prior to joining.

Schedule a coworking tour through the Inquire page to check availability and fit.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Memberships are month-to-month.

We require notice prior to cancellation.

What’s included with membership?

All members receive:

  • High-speed Wi-Fi

  • Shared kitchen access

  • Conference room access

  • Outdoor patio access

  • Parking (first come)

  • Access to studio opportunities when available

Are desks assigned or shared?

Desk memberships include a reserved workspace. Specific desk assignment may vary based on availability.

Is the space quiet?

Yes. The coworking area is designed for focused work.

While Hype Studios operates an active production space, coworking areas are separate from stage activity.

Can I take calls or host meetings?

Yes. Conference room access is available.

Private offices offer additional privacy for calls and meetings.

Do you provide printing?

Yes. Shared printer access is available to members.

PRIVATE OFFICES

What comes with a private office?

Private offices include:

  • Lockable office

  • 24/7 secure access (approved members)

  • High-speed Wi-Fi

  • Shared kitchen and lounge access

  • Conference room access

  • Patio access

Can teams share a private office?

Yes. Private offices may be used by individuals or small teams, depending on size and layout.

Can I customize my office?

Minor personalization is permitted. Any significant modifications must be approved in advance.

STUDIO ACCESS & PRODUCTION

Do members get access to the studio?

Members may receive preferred access to studio rentals when available.

Studio rentals are separate from coworking membership and subject to booking availability.

Can I shoot content in the coworking area?

Light content creation may be permitted with prior approval.

Full production shoots should be booked through the studio rental process.

LOGISTICS

Do you have parking?

Yes. Parking is available in our private lot on a first-come basis. Street parking is also available nearby.

Can I bring guests?

Guests are permitted on a limited basis.

For regular guest access or larger meetings, please coordinate in advance.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not permitted in the coworking space.

Is the space secure?

Yes. The building is secured, and access is limited to approved members.

BILLING & POLICIES

How do I pay for membership?

We accept ACH, credit card (processing fees may apply), and check.

Membership fees are billed monthly.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Memberships are month-to-month. Please provide advance notice prior to cancellation.

Are there community events?

Occasional member gatherings and studio events may be hosted throughout the year.

PAYMENT & INSURANCE

How do clients pay?

We accept:

  • ACH / wire transfer

  • Check

  • Credit card (5% processing fee)

A signed contract is required for all bookings.

Do I need insurance?

Yes. A Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming:

as additionally insured is required prior to your booking.

Do you offer nonprofit or student discounts?

We support community projects when possible. Contact the bookings team with details to discuss availability.
