Our dynamic, brick-walled Test Kitchen + Dining space is a creative, camera-ready environment designed for food content, recipe testing, product shoots, demos, cooking classes, and flexible event or holding use. With exposed brick, bold street art graphics, a large island, and a full range of kitchen amenities, the space is built for both production and hospitality.

Rate: $1,200 / day

Size: Approx. 300 sq ft

Setup: Kitchen island / prep table + back counter

Appliances: Sink, stove + oven, microwave, refrigerator, ice maker + coffee machines

Dining: Flexible dining / holding capacity depending on use

Kitchenware: Dishware + cutlery available
